Regal Rexnord Corporation announced the appointment of Mark Klossner as Executive Vice President & President, Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS), effective June 1, 2026. He succeeds Jerry Morton, who will retire on December 31, 2026, after 11 years with the company, and will remain as an Executive Vice President during a transitional period to ensure a smooth leadership handover.

Regal Rexnord Corporation announced the appointment of Aamir Paul as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective no later than July 1, 2026. Paul will also join the company's Board of Directors upon his effective date. His compensation package includes an annual base salary of $1.2 million, a target annual incentive bonus of 130% of base salary, and a target long-term incentive award of $7.25 million for 2026. Additionally, he will receive a one-time make-whole cash award of $575,000.
