Urban Outfitters reported increased net sales and net income for the three months ended April 30, 2026. The company also expects to realize approximately $100 million in tariff refunds during fiscal 2027 following a favorable U.S. Supreme Court ruling. Additionally, the company extended its asset-based revolving credit facility to May 2031, enhancing its financial flexibility.

Urban Outfitters Inc. and certain domestic subsidiaries entered into the fifth amendment to their credit agreement, extending the maturity date of their $350 million senior secured revolving credit facility to May 2031. The amendment also removes the Canadian Borrowing Base and Canadian Sublimit, releasing URBN Canada Retail, Inc. from its obligations and associated liens. The facility continues to be available for working capital and general corporate purposes, secured by U.S. assets.

Urban Outfitters, Inc. announced record net income of $115.7 million and earnings per diluted share of $1.30 for the three months ended April 30, 2026. Total Company net sales also reached a record $1.48 billion, an increase of 11.4% year-over-year, driven by positive comparable retail segment sales across all brands and double-digit growth in both Wholesale and Subscription segments. The company repurchased 4.6 million common shares for approximately $300 million during the quarter.
