Via Transportation, Inc. announced the appointment of Matt Levine as its new Chief Legal Officer, effective July 27, 2026. Via Transportation reported a significant increase in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, reaching $127.4 million, up from $98.6 million in the same period last year. Despite the revenue growth, the company's net loss widened to $(20.1) million from $(16.3) million year-over-year. However, basic and diluted net loss per share improved substantially to $(0.25) from $(1.28), largely due to an increase in weighted average shares outstanding following the company's IPO in September 2025.
