Gala Global Products Ltd. Board Approves Increase in Authorized Share Capital

Gala Global Products Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on March 07, 2026. The Board approved an increase in the company's authorized share capital from Rs. 30,30,00,000/- to Rs. 53,00,00,000/-. This increase will be achieved by creating additional 4,54,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each, ranking pari passu with the existing Equity Shares. The proposed alteration of the Memorandum of Association is also subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
