Bharat Coking Coal Board to meet Apr 18 for Q4/FY26 results

Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. has announced that its 441st Board of Directors meeting will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. The results will first be reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board before being presented for the Board's approval. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
