Innovassynth Investments Ltd has changed its name to Innovassynth Technologies (India) Ltd, as approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The change of name is pursuant to the Scheme of merger by Absorption of Innovassynth Technologies (India) Limited with Innovassynth Investments Limited. The necessary filings have been made with BSE and Registrar of Companies, Mumbai towards changes in the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association of the Company.
