Repono Ltd Appoints New Secretarial Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Cost Auditor

Repono Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. Sandeep. P. Parekh & Co., Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 consecutive years starting from the financial year 2025-26. M/s. SDA & Associates, Chartered Accountants have been appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026. Mr. Ajay Mohan, a Practicing Cost Accountant, has been appointed as the Cost Auditor for the same financial year. These appointments were made at the Board of Directors meeting held on 7th March 2026.
