NM Merchantiles Ltd Acquires 4.00% Stake in IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd Through Merger

NM Merchantiles Ltd, formerly known as NM Merchantiles Private Limited, has disclosed the acquisition of 1,17,41,100 Equity Shares of IOL Chemicals And Pharmaceuticals Limited. This acquisition is a result of the merger of Vasudeva Commercials Limited with NM Merchantiles Limited. The merger order was passed by the Hon'ble Regional Director (NR) New Delhi on 12.02.2026. This acquisition increases NM Merchantiles Ltd's share in IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd to 4.00%.
