Talwalkars appoints Secretarial, Statutory & Internal Auditors

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 14, 2026, approved several key changes. These include the appointment of M/s. S K Bhavsar & Co. as Statutory Auditors for FY2026-27, M/s Pooja M Patel & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031), and M/s. Kishan Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. All auditor appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board noted the resignation of Ms. Pooja Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and appointed Mr. Kamlesh Laxmanbhai Bachani to the role. The company's registered office will also shift from Bandra West to Andheri West, Mumbai, effective April 14, 2026.
