Dishank Nitin Babariya, a promoter of 3B Films Limited, has sold 1,02,000 equity shares, representing 0.41% of the total share capital, on August 6, 2026. The sale was conducted via the open market and is intended to meet the company's working capital requirements. Following the transaction, the promoter's holding in the company has reduced from 3.57% to 3.16%. The total equity share capital of the company remains at 2,47,72,000 shares.
