3C IT Solutions & Telecoms (India) Ltd has announced that it has received a significant purchase order of Rs. 5,38,96,500/- for the supply of HP Desktops. This order has been received in the ordinary course of business from domestic entities Cerebrat Tech Ventures Private Limited and Midastech Ventures Private Limited. The order is batchwise with 18% GST included and payment terms are 30% advance on delivery and the rest 45 days from the date of billing. The order for 744 quantity is from Cerebrat Tech Ventures Private Limited amounting to Rs. 2,54,59,680/- and from Midastech Ventures Private Limited is for 831 quantity amounting to Rs. 2,84,36,820/-. The company confirmed that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the entities that awarded the order.
