Capital NxT LLP, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has revised its disclosure regarding the acquisition of shares in 3i Infotech Limited. The aggregate shareholding has reached 7.08% of the total share capital, triggering the disclosure requirement under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition, primarily through open market purchases, increased their total holding from 6.74% to 7.08% of the total share capital. The total diluted share capital of 3i Infotech Limited stands at 21,26,10,630 shares.
