This follows an earlier disclosure on February 4, 2026, about the complaint. The company is now seeking legal opinion to determine its next course of action. The original complaint, filed on November 12, 2025, related to a large-scale corporate financial fraud, criminal breach of trust, and conspiracy concerning the disinvestment of 3i Consumer Services Limited and wrongful redemption of preference shares in eMudhra Limited, with an estimated impact exceeding ₹128 crores.
