3i Infotech Ltd Convenes 33rd AGM on Aug 28, 2026

3i Infotech Ltd announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 28, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting on July 23, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Key decisions also included the retirement of Director Mr. Ambarish Dasgupta and the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Vatsa as Additional Director, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Venu Gopal Reddy was appointed as Senior Management Personnel. The company also approved the conversion of a loan to its subsidiary, NuRe FutureTech Private Limited, into redeemable preference shares and a fresh fund infusion of ₹2 crore.
