3i Infotech Settles ₹775.05 Cr Tax Disputes via Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme

3i Infotech Ltd has announced the successful settlement of income-tax litigations for Assessment Years 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2016-17, involving aggregate disputed additions/disallowances of approximately ₹77,505 lakhs (₹775.05 Crore). The settlement was achieved under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024. Following the company's request for withdrawal of appeals pending before the appellate authority, the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) has issued orders treating these appeals as withdrawn and dismissed. No findings on the merits of the grounds of appeal were recorded by the CIT(A). The company has also updated its website with this information.
