3P Land Holdings Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 16, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial statements and audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for the said year. The trading window has been closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, i.e., up to May 18, 2026.
