Anzen India Energy: ₹1004.3 Cr Unit Issue via Preferential Route

Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust announced the issue and allotment of 8,03,44,000 units on a preferential basis at ₹125 per unit, aggregating to ₹10,04,30,00,000. This issue is for the 100% acquisition of Kudgi Transmission Limited from Infrastructure Yield Plus II (IYP II), Infrastructure Yield Plus IIA (IYP IIA) and India Infrastructure Yield Plus II (IIYP II). The decision was approved by the Investment Committee of EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, the Investment Manager of Anzen, on May 19, 2026.
