S V Global Mill Ltd Approves Gift Deed, Revenue Sharing Agreement, and Land Sale Proposal

S V Global Mill Ltd has announced several significant decisions in a recent board meeting. The company has executed a gift deed in favor of Chennai City Corporation to facilitate road widening and obtain Development Rights Certificate (DRC). A revenue sharing agreement has been signed with Kamatchi Express to establish a drive-in restaurant at Armenian Street, Chennai. The company has also decided to sell a vacant land in Banglore, Karnataka through an open bidding process. Additionally, the company has incurred an expenditure of Rs 2.7 crores for developing the infrastructure and paid Rs 5.13 crores to CMDA in lieu of OSR.
