5paisa Capital Ltd. to Raise Funds up to INR 4,750.00 Million via Rights Issue

5paisa Capital Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of fully paid-up equity shares by way of a rights issue. The issue, not exceeding INR 4,750.00 million, will be offered to eligible equity shareholders of the company as on the record date, which is yet to be determined. The terms and conditions of the rights issue, including the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, timing of the issue, and terms of payment, will be determined by the Rights Issue Committee and disclosed in due course.
