63 Moons Technologies Ltd to Sell Residual Stake in NTT Data Payment Services India Private Limited for USD 18,432,925

63 Moons Technologies Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with NTT Data Group Corporation and NTT Data Payment Services India Private Limited, for the sale of its residual shareholding of 21,00,86,610 equity shares in NTT Data Payment Services India Private Limited. The sale is pursuant to an order by the Hon’ble MPID Court. The consideration amount is USD 18,432,925, and upon receipt, 63 Moons will deposit the INR equivalent of the said consideration amount, after deducting applicable taxes, in the designated bank account of the Competent Authority NSEL MPID as security in lieu of attachment. The Associate Company contributed a profit of Rs.120.75 lakhs and a Networth of Rs. 4201.33 lakhs for the financial year 2024-25 to 63 Moons. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed by 20.02.2026.
