Bank of Maharashtra Appoints Shri Prabhat Kiran as Executive Director

Bank of Maharashtra has appointed Shri Prabhat Kiran as Executive Director with effect from 24th November, 2025. He has been appointed under Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 for a period of three years or until further orders. Shri Prabhat Kiran is a seasoned banker with 30 years of experience in SME - Corporate lending, Risk Management and International operation. He joined Canara Bank in 1996 and has held various positions including Chief General Manager and Head of Large Corporate Wing before joining Bank of Maharashtra.
