ASMS (formerly Bartronics) signs MoU with UAL Biotech for agri-tech

Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS), formerly Bartronics India Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore-based UAL Biotech Pte Ltd. The collaboration aims to advance sustainable agriculture and rural ecosystem development in India. ASMS will integrate its extensive rural digital network, covering over 5,000 villages and reaching approximately 40 million farmers, with UAL Biotech’s eco-sustainable biological solutions. The partnership will focus on promoting regenerative farming practices, enhancing agricultural productivity, and deploying environmentally responsible solutions across agriculture, aquaculture, and allied sectors. Key initiatives include deploying bio-based agricultural inputs, farmer advisory programs, developing traceable chemical-free supply chains, and undertaking pilot projects to demonstrate sustainable farming impacts. The goal is to improve soil health, crop yield, reduce chemical reliance, and support long-term food security and rural economic growth through data-driven farming.
