7Seas Entertainment Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

7Seas Entertainment Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the convening of the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, for the AGM. Additionally, the board accepted the resignation of Mr. N. Mahender Reddy as Non-Executive Independent Director.
