GRM Overseas Ltd Appoints Mrs. Nidhi as Additional Director in GRM Foodkraft Private Limited

GRM Overseas Ltd has appointed Mrs. Nidhi as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Women Director on the Board of GRM Foodkraft Private Limited, its unlisted subsidiary. The appointment was made at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on 14th March, 2026, and is subject to the approval of shareholders. Mrs. Nidhi is a Science Graduate with specialization in Botany and Chemistry, and holds a Post Graduate degree in Chemistry. She brings diverse knowledge and experience in business administration and management. She is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any MCA/SEBI order or order of any other such Authorities.
