PVV Infra Board approves multiple director appointments & CFO resignation

PVV Infra Ltd's Board of Directors met on April 21, 2026, and approved several key management changes. Mr. Shubh Gangully was appointed as Managing Director for five years, while Mr. Shrikant Pathak and Mr. Krishna Karthik Pothur were appointed as Independent Directors for five years. Mr. Gadde Rama Krishna was also appointed as a Wholetime Director for five years. Additionally, the Board noted the resignation of Mr. Tirumala Rao Kunderu from his positions as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer. All appointments are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
