Smartlink Holdings Re-appoints Marathe Rao & Swarup as Internal Auditors

Smartlink Holdings Ltd's Board of Directors re-appointed M/s Marathe Rao & Swarup, Chartered Accountants, as internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This decision was made during the board meeting held on May 13, 2026, where the board also approved audited financial results, recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2.00 per share, and appointed Ms. Arati Naik as an Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of M S K A & Associates LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
