Gogia Capital Growth Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 18, 2026, noted the resignation of Mrs. Aanal Mehta, Independent Director, from the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, effective April 18, 2026. The Board approved new committee constitutions, appointing Mr. Brijesh Saxena as Chairman of both the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Additionally, Mr. Brijesh Saxena, an Executive Director, was appointed as the Chairman of the Company, effective April 18, 2026.
