Satani Bearings Ltd (Formerly known as Deccan Bearings Limited) has completed the Open Offer made by Pareshbhai Gushabhai Satani, Tanuj Pareshkumar Satani, Chirag Ramjibhai Satani and Ramjibhai Gushabhai Satani to the public shareholders. Pursuant to the completion of the Open Offer, the following existing promoter(s) of the Company shall cease to be classified as Promoter / Promoter Group and shall be reclassified as Public Shareholder(s): NIRUPA N VORA HUF, NIRUPA N VORA, KIRAN NAGINDAS VORA, PRERNA KIRAN VORA, KIRAN VORA HUF, NIP EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, MUKESH N VORA, MANALI M VORA, GOPA M VORA, MUKESH N VORA HUF, MANISH N VORA, MANISH N VORA HUF. The existing promoters, namely Hashmukh R Gandhi, Bhagatsingh Rajpurohit and Balu Narang, shall continue to be classified as promoters of the Company.
