Brookfield India REIT opens institutional placement at ₹329.94 floor price

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT has announced the opening of its institutional placement today, April 16, 2026. This follows unitholder approval received on April 7, 2026, for raising funds through such an issue. The Issue Committee of the Manager approved the opening, adopted the Preliminary Placement Document, and set the floor price at ₹329.94 per unit. The relevant date for the issue is also April 16, 2026. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until further notice, in compliance with insider trading regulations.
