A B Cotspin India Ltd Appoints Cost Auditor for FY27

A B Cotspin India Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s Jain Sharma & Associate as its cost auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on September 03, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The company also approved a change in its name from "AB Cotspin India Limited" to "ABC Industries India Limited", subject to shareholder approval. The Registrar of Companies has already approved the new name.
