Trading Window Closure at A B Infrabuild Ltd Until Approval of Q1 2026 Financial Results

A B Infrabuild Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons from April 1, 2026, due to the finalization and approval of financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. Designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during the closure period.
