Trading Window Closure Announced by A.F. Enterprises Ltd. for Audited Financial Results

A.F. Enterprises Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015, and the company's code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons for trading in company’s shares/securities. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results. During this period, Employees, Directors, Key managerial Personnel, Designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in Company’s Shares/Securities.
