Kanoria Energy Reconstitutes Board Committees

Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure Ltd has announced the constitution and re-constitution of various board committees. The Audit Committee has been re-constituted with Shri Deepak Gupta as Chairman, and Shri Sachin Arora, Shri Mukesh Kumar Sharma, and Shri Rajiv Lall Adya as members. Additionally, a Preference Share Redemption Committee has been constituted with Shri Sanjay Kumar Kanoria as Chairman, and Shri Deepak Gupta and Shri Rajiv Lall Adya as members. These changes are effective immediately.
