A2Z Infra Engineering re-appoints Amit Mittal as MD for 3 years

A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Mittal as Managing Director for a period of three years, effective from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 31, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 25th Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026. Mr. Mittal, who has been with the company since January 1, 2005, and also serves as CEO, will continue in his dual role as Managing Director cum CEO. The company also approved the re-appointment of M/s MRKS & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a second term of five financial years.
