A2Z Infra re-appoints MRKS & Associates as Statutory Auditors

A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd has announced the re-appointment of M/s MRKS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Delhi, as its Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive years. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 31, 2026. The auditors will hold office from the conclusion of the upcoming 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 30th AGM. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Mittal as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective January 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the 25th AGM.
