AAA Technologies Appoints Premendra Rajput as Non-Executive Independent Director

AAA Technologies Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Premendra Rajput as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 03, 2026. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval and is proposed for an initial term of five years, concluding on September 02, 2031. Mr. Rajput has also been appointed as Chairperson of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC), Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Independent Directors Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC), and TCWG Committee. The board also noted the resignations of Mr. Venugopal Dhoot and Mr. Kamal Kishor Sharma.
