Aadhaar Ventures India Ltd Closes Trading Window from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after Q4 & Year Ended March 31, 2026 Financial Results

Aadhaar Ventures India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, KMPs, insiders, designated and connected persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the provisions of the Clause aQl of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI circulars No. SEBI/HO/lSD/lSD-SEC-4/P/C|R/2O2211O7 dated August s,2022 and SEBI/HO/lSD/lSD- POD-2/P/CIR12AB/D4 dated July 19,2023. The date of the board meeting in connection with publishing its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be announced in due course.
