Aadhar Housing Finance Appoints Nikhil Goyal as Nominee Director

Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Nikhil Goyal as a Non-Executive (Nominee) Director. This appointment was approved by the company's members through a Postal Ballot concluded on September 19, 2026, following his initial appointment as an Additional Director on August 12, 2026. Mr. Goyal is currently a Managing Director at Blackstone Advisors India Private Limited, where he focuses on investments in financial services, energy transition, and digital infrastructure sectors. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, having been involved in Blackstone’s key investments in BFSI and IT since joining in 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Wharton School. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred by SEBI.
