Aadi Industries Appoints New CFO, Accepts Resignation

Aadi Industries Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. The Board of Directors, at a meeting held on October 30, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Siddharth Mahicha as the new CFO, effective the same date. Concurrently, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Tejas Sampat from his positions as Whole-Time Director and CFO, also effective October 30, 2026. Mr. Sampat cited pursuing other career opportunities as the reason for his resignation and confirmed no other material reasons exist. Mr. Mahicha brings 12 years of experience in finance, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree and specializing in financial management, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
