Aar Shyam India Investment Company Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in a meeting held on May 30, 2026. The board also considered the Auditor’s Report issued by the Statutory Auditors. The meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:45 P.M.
