Nimit Rajesh Ghatalia has disclosed an increase in his shareholding in Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Following the conversion of warrants and subsequent allotment of 1,50,000 equity shares on September 30, 2026, his post-acquisition holding stands at 16,50,000 equity shares, representing 5.18% of the company's total equity share capital. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of the company increased from 30,724,303 shares to 31,874,303 shares post-acquisition.
