Aarnav Fashions Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q1 2025 Results

Aarnav Fashions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025, till the conclusion of 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) will be intimated in due course.
