Aarnav Fashions Ltd. Approves 42nd AGM Notice and Annual Report -2024-25

The Board of Directors of Aarnav Fashions Ltd. met on September 06, 2025, and approved the draft Notice, Director's Report, and other related documents for the forthcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2024, at 03:00 PM. The Company has fixed Friday, September 05, 2025, as the cut-off date for determining members to whom notice of the AGM will be sent. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The Board also approved the Secretarial Audit Report for the Financial Year 2025-2026 and appointed Mr. Ravi Kapoor as the Scrutinizer for the ensuing AGM.
