The trading window is closed from January 01, 2026 to 48 hours from the adoption of Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the terms of Code of Conduct of Insider Trading of the Company.
