Trading Window Closure for Aartech Solonics Ltd until 48 hours after Q4 & FY26 Results

Aartech Solonics Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including directors, promoters, KMPs, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries, and intermediaries. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
