Aarti Drugs: Chairman, MD & CEO Prakash Patil Resigns; Adhish Patil Becomes MD

Aarti Drugs Ltd has announced significant changes in its Directorate and Key Managerial Personnel. Shri Prakash M. Patil has ceased to hold the positions of Chairman, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 30, 2026, due to his decision to take early retirement. Concurrently, Shri Adhish P. Patil has been promoted to the position of Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026. As a result of this promotion, Shri Adhish P. Patil has relinquished his role as Chief Financial Officer, also effective September 30, 2026. The company intends to appoint a new CFO in due course.
