AARTI INDUSTRIES LTD. Infuses Capital in Clean Max Indus Private Limited for Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project

AARTI INDUSTRIES LTD. has entered into a Shareholders Agreement dated March 5, 2025, to infuse capital of Rs. 16,70,80,000 (Rupees Sixteen Crores Seventy Lakh Eighty Thousand only) in Clean Max Indus Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed to set up a 16.50 MW Wind-Solar hybrid power project. This investment aims to cater to the company's power requirements. The indicative time period for infusion of capital is within 30 days or such no. of days as may be mutually agreed by the parties from the execution of Shareholders Agreement.
