Aarti Industries Signs 10+ Year Deal Worth ₹1500 Cr

Aarti Industries Limited has entered into a significant 10+ year strategic manufacturing and supply agreement with a Global Speciality Chemical Company. This agreement involves setting up and operating a dedicated facility for a speciality chemical used in high-performance applications, based on the customer's proprietary process technology. The contract has an aggregate revenue potential of approximately ₹1500 crores over its term. The deal is with a domestic subsidiary of an international entity and is considered a long-term supply agreement. Neither the promoter nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is expected to be at arm's length.
