Aarti Pharmalabs Announces Directorate Changes at AGM

Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd announced significant changes in its Directorate following its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 22, 2026. Shri Rajendra Gogri ceased to be a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director as he did not offer himself for re-appointment upon retirement by rotation. Concurrently, Smt. Hetal Gogri Gala was re-designated from Managing Director to Whole-time Director, and Shri Rashesh C. Gogri was appointed as the new Managing Director, both changes effective October 1, 2026.
