Aarti Surfactants Approves Key Management Reappointments and New Director

Aarti Surfactants Ltd announced changes in its management following its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company's members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nikhil P. Desai as CEO & Managing Director for a five-year term effective August 20, 2027. Additionally, Mr. Santosh M. Kakade was re-appointed as Whole-time Director (Executive Director) for a similar five-year term starting August 20, 2027. The AGM also saw the appointment of Prof. Vandana B.
